Cacique Guama
If you go to Baracoa and tune in Radio Emisorra, the Voz de Toa, 90.1 FM, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 1100 a.m. to 1200 p.m., you will hear Cacique Guama. This group of professionals was formed in the 70's in order to play country or campesino music. They entertain the folks situated in isolated pockets in the mountains around Baracoa with their traditional music.

Pablo Leiva and Neel Acosta are the poets that supply material for the radio show and sing Controversias. a call and response improvisational style of 'rapping'.
