Trio Hermanos Lores
Born in Maisi and coming from a musical family, the Trio Hermanos Lores formally began in the Cuban army in 1987. During their military service the trio performed in about 14 festivals.
The trio has had various names over the years like Guitarras Fronterizas and Levante del Sol until they settled on Trio Hermanos Lores. As Trio Hermanos Lores, in 2001, they were proud to receive an award at the annual international Encounter of Trios in Havana.

This trio has the reputation of being the most accomplished , polished and experienced group out of Baracoa. For five years they performed in the famous Hemingway hangout Bodeguita del Medio in Havana. Hermanos Lores have been to Galicia, Spain and have just come back from a 15 month gig in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Now the lucky tourist will find them performing in their home city of Baracoa in various restaurants such as El Jalisco, El 1511, El 485, and El Caracol.
Members of the group are: Inaldo Lores Matos, first guitar, third voice and director, Roger Lores Matos, percussion, guitar and chorus and Roelvis Lores Matos, accompanying guitar and second voice.
